Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 2 cups sweet tapioca starch
  • 1 cup sour tapioca starch
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (optional)


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, blend the mashed potatoes with both sweet and sour tapioca starch.
  2. Add the water, coconut oil, salt, and, if desired, turmeric and oregano.
  3. Mix everything together until the dough is smooth and evenly blended.
  4. Shape the dough into round balls and place them on a baking sheet greased with oil or lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
