Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Pizza Dough: Quick and Practical Recipe

I’m also a pizza lover, and I found this gluten-free and dairy-free pizza dough recipe that turns out delicious with the perfect texture.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (tea) cornstarch
  • 1 cup (tea) sour tapioca starch
  • 1 cup (tea) regular rice flour
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (tea) water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs in a mixer.
  2. Add the oil, and gradually mix in the rice flour, tapioca starch, cornstarch, and salt.
  3. Add the water and mix well until you get a sticky dough (if necessary, add a little more rice flour if the dough is too runny).
  4. Turn off the mixer, add the baking powder, and mix well.
  5. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes for better texture.
  6. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
  7. Shape the dough into a circular form and place it on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven for a few minutes.
  9. Add tomato sauce and your favorite toppings.
  10. Return the pizza to the oven at 180°C (356°F) for a few more minutes until golden.


Additional Tips:

For a tastier dough, let the dough rest for 10 minutes before placing it on the baking sheet—this helps improve the texture of the pizza.
