12 drops of liquid sweetener
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
60 ml (¼ cup) of water
Instructions:
In a saucepan, add the berries (fresh or frozen), sweetener, water, and lemon juice.
Stir well and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, until it reaches a jam-like consistency.
Let the jam cool completely, then transfer it to a sterilized glass jar with a lid.
