Extra Tips
Want a few golden tips to make your chicken even better? Take note!
First: if you’ve got time, let the fillets marinate for about 30 minutes in the seasoning. Also, add a splash of lemon juice—it helps make them more tender and flavorful.
Also, I like to season the eggs with a little paprika or curry. Totally optional, but it adds a nice twist that surprises people.
Oh, and if you’re in the mood to change things up, try stuffing the fillets! A small piece of bacon with carrot, or even ham with lactose-free cream cheese—boom, you’ve got a homemade cordon bleu.
Got kids around? Slice the chicken into thin pieces and turn them into homemade nuggets. They’ll love it! And you know exactly what you’re serving.
This chicken pairs perfectly with fluffy white rice and creamy corn as a side.
Simple, comforting, and delicious—like something your mom would make.
If you want to get ahead, bread the fillets and freeze them before frying. When you need them, just take them out and fry straight from the freezer. Couldn’t be easier.
At the end of the day, this crispy chicken fillet is one of those recipes that saves your lunch, pleases everyone, and gives you a bunch of ways to switch things up.
