Mustard Dressing
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of mustard
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (or white vinegar)
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients well in a glass jar.
If you have leftovers, just seal the jar and refrigerate.
Lactose-Free Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup of lactose-free plain yogurt
4 tablespoons of olive oil
6 chopped mint leaves
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix everything in a glass jar until smooth.
Store any leftovers in the fridge with the lid tightly closed.
Herb Dressing
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (or white vinegar)
3 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Chopped fresh or dried herbs
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and stir well.
If there’s any left, keep it in the fridge with the lid on tight.
