This gluten-free flour mix can be used as a base for a variety of recipes, such as pies and more.
It’s one of the simplest recipes, made with ingredients that are easy to find at home.
Ingredients:
1 cup of whole grain rice flour
1 cup of sweet starch (tapioca starch)
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
Instructions:
Mix everything together and store in a container.
Keep in a cool, dry place.
No refrigeration needed.
Additional Tips:
Use this mix in the same amount as wheat flour in your recipes.
