• 1 large tomato, peeled and finely diced
• 2 sprigs of fresh cilantro, chopped
• Juice of ½ lemon (or lime)
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
- Place the flesh in a bowl and mash until creamy, leaving a few small chunks.
- Add the chopped onion, deseeded and chopped chilies, diced tomato, and cilantro. Mix everything well.
- Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix again and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a side for your favorite Mexican dishes.

Additional Information:
Choose a ripe but firm avocado. It should give slightly when gently squeezed.
Prefer a milder flavor? Use a less spicy chili or skip it altogether.
Like it hotter? Add cayenne pepper or hot sauce to taste.
