It’s not always easy to find fast, simple, and tasty meals for those with gluten and dairy restrictions.
Besides being easy to prepare, it’s versatile, accepts many fillings, and works for any meal of the day.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup of oil
- 2 cups of lactose-free milk or plant-based milk
- 1 cup of gluten-free flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Grease a baking dish with oil or dairy-free margarine.
- Pour the batter into the pan and add your preferred filling.
- Bake at medium temperature (180°C / 356°F) for 30–35 minutes, until golden.

Additional Information:
