Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of lactose-free milk or plant-based milk
- 1 cup of oil
- 2 cups of gluten-free flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 dessert spoon of salt
Instructions:
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and well combined.
- Grease a baking pan of your choice.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, add your desired filling.
- Cover with the remaining batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30–35 minutes.
