Pizza is so good, and for those who need to avoid gluten and lactose, it can be hard to find a tasty recipe.
I’m also a pizza lover, and I found this gluten-free and dairy-free pizza dough recipe that turns out delicious with the perfect texture.
Let’s make this amazing dough and top it with a special filling? It’s easy and practical—you’ll love it!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup (tea) cornstarch
- 1 cup (tea) sour tapioca starch
- 1 cup (tea) regular rice flour
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) water
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs in a mixer.
- Add the oil, and gradually mix in the rice flour, tapioca starch, cornstarch, and salt.
- Add the water and mix well until you get a sticky dough (if necessary, add a little more rice flour if the dough is too runny).
- Turn off the mixer, add the baking powder, and mix well.
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes for better texture.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- Shape the dough into a circular form and place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven for a few minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and your favorite toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven at 180°C (356°F) for a few more minutes until golden.
Additional Tips:
For a tastier dough, let the dough rest for 10 minutes before placing it on the baking sheet—this helps improve the texture of the pizza.
