I’m excited to share with you a recipe for a gluten-free and dairy-free orange cake that will win you over.


With simple ingredients and easy preparation, it’s perfect for those with dietary restrictions who don’t want to give up on flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (tea) rice flour or gluten-free flour blend
  • 2 cups (tea) sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup (tea) soybean oil
  • 250ml fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp baking powder


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Grease a medium-sized pan (20 to 25cm in diameter).
  3. Blend all ingredients in a blender and, last, add the baking powder.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake in a low oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 to 30 minutes.


Additional Tips:

To get a fluffy cake, it’s essential to blend the ingredients and add the baking powder last, using a spoon.


If you want to add an orange and mint syrup on top of the finished cake, it will be delicious.

The secret to any tasty recipe is the quality of the ingredients. So, always use fresh orange juice as it gives the cake a more intense and natural flavor.
